Earthquake, No Damage Reported

According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a 3.9 magnitude earthquake, centered in San Juan Capistrano, was reported at 10:37 a.m. today. No damage or injuries reported to the City.  Events like this are a reminder of the importance of emergency preparedness.
