IBC Vision Plan's Draft EIR

The City of Irvine has prepared a Recirculated Draft Environmental Report (EIR) for the IBC Residential/ Mixed Use Vision Plan and related project components, available for public review by clicking here.  The Appendices include updated versions of the proposed project documentation, including a General Plan Amendment for the Draft Vision Plan, related code amendments, and updated design criteria, all redlined to reflect changes from the July 2006 and March 2009 versions. The public review period for the Draft EIR will run though February 5, 2010.
