Irvine’s Finest – League Champions!

The Irvine Police Department’s basketball team, “Irvine’s Finest”, recently competed in the City of Irvine Summer Basketball League.  The regular season consisted of nine games and ended with a dramatic tenth championship game. 

Irvine’s Finest held the “Black Lions” to 17 points while Irvine’s Finest scored 42 points to take the championship.  This is the third time members of the Irvine Police Department have participated in the City’s basketball league and the Department’s second championship victory.
