5th Annual Senior Fitness Expo

The City of Irvine will host its 5th annual Senior Fitness Expo on Friday, June 28 from 9 a.m.-noon at the Rancho Senior Center, located at 3 Ethel Coplen Way, Irvine. Geared for adults age 50 and older, the free Expo features exercise demonstrations, health screenings, nutrition and fitness presentations, a variety of the latest health and fitness products and an opportunity drawing for prizes.
