The City of Irvine appreciates the service of the following honoree:

Ray Quigley, Jr. | | | First Executive Director, Greater Irvine Industrial League | | | Ray Quigley was the first Executive Director of the Greater Irvine Industrial League. As the Executive Director, he designed and originated the GIL-GRAM which became the monthly organization newsletter. His service to the Greater Irvine Industrial League was in 1970-1971 and ended when he was elected to the founding Irvine City Council. Ray was instrumental in helping to incorporate the City of Irvine through his work with the Council of Communities. He also served on the Board of the Irvine Ranch Water District. |
