| Wall of Recognition | | | Richard Sandness | | | Irvine Sports Committee | | | The Irvine Sports Committee was created in 1979 to serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council and Community Services Commission providing input pertaining to Irvine’s athletic programs, facilities and services. The Irvine Sports Committee is comprised of members at large and representatives from each of Irvine’s youth sports organizations (AYSO, Little League, Jr All American Football, NJB Basketball, etc). The Committee serves the City in promoting a variety of sports and activities to foster maximum participation for all citizens regardless of their choice of activity or skill level. |
