The City of Irvine appreciates the service of the following honoree:
| Wall of Recognition | | | Ken and Grace Rust | | | Distinguished Citizen | | | Ken and Grace Rust, long-time Irvine residents, made a significant contribution to the Senior community through their volunteer efforts with Friends of Outreach, a local non-profit organization serving Irvine seniors since 1981. Grace served as President of Friends of Outreach, Ken as Treasurer. Together they established the weekly Friendship Corner socialization activity, which continues to meet to this day; the Bingo program at Senior Services, the Holiday Gift Bag service project, the Bazaar fundraiser and other events. |
