DUI - §23152(A) (B) CVC
(First Time Offense, Blood Alcohol Levels Up To 0.19)

  • 3-years of informal probation
  • Do not drive without a valid drivers license and insurance
  • Do not drive with alcohol in your system
  • Attend and complete AB-541 level one alcohol program
    (3 months, approximately $475.00)
  • Attend one DUI victim panel
  • 90-day California Driver's License restriction consecutive to any Department of Motor Vehicle action

Pay a fine of $1,241.00:

$390.00 plus penalty assessment (170%)=$664.00
$100.00 State Restitution Fund
$50.00 Alcohol Abuse Prevention Fund
$37.00 Alcohol Testing Fee

Payments can be made of $100.00 per month with a $35.00 payment play fee, for a total of $1,276.00;

or, in lieu of the fine;

Complete 100 hours of volunteer work plus pay the state mandated fees of $187.00.
